Dennis started Complete Pest Management in Newport News in the early 1990s. Thirty-plus years later, his son Evan runs operations alongside him. We're not a franchise. We're not a call center. We're a local family that has been showing up for Hampton Roads homeowners and businesses for over three decades.
Dennis — Founder

Dennis founded Complete Pest Management in Newport News when pest control was a trade built on word of mouth and reputation — and not much else. You showed up on time, you solved the problem, you were honest about what you found, and people called you back. That's still how we operate.
Thirty years in this business means Dennis has seen every pest situation Hampton Roads can produce. Severe termite damage in historic Yorktown homes. German roach infestations in apartment buildings that had been treated by three other companies. Rodent exclusion jobs on properties where the homeowner had been trapping for years without solving the problem. Experience like that isn't something you replicate quickly.
Evan — Operations
A Second Generation That Grew Up in This Business
Evan grew up in Newport News and grew up in this business. He didn't inherit it — he earned a role in it. He handles day-to-day operations, scheduling, customer communication, and field work. When you text our line or get a call back after submitting a quote request, you're likely talking to Evan.
The advantage of a second-generation family business is continuity. Customers who started with Dennis in the 1990s are still customers today — and now they deal with Evan too. That kind of long-term relationship with a community doesn't happen without consistently delivering on what you promise.
