Complete Pest Management ("we," "us") is a family-owned pest control company at 737 Keppel Drive, Newport News, VA 23608. This page explains what information our website collects, why, and who helps us process it. We never sell your information.

What we collect

Quote and callback forms. Your name, phone, email, address, ZIP code, the service you need, and anything you write about your pest problem. If you used our pricing tool or photo pest ID first, the plan you picked, its price, your home's size, and the pest identified are sent with your request.
Instant pricing tool. The address you enter, which we use only to look up your home's square footage.
Photo pest ID. The photo you upload, used only to identify the pest. We do not store your photo.
Site usage. Standard analytics such as pages visited, device type, and general location, collected through cookies set by Google Analytics.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your request, give you a price or estimate, schedule and perform service, and improve our website. We contact you by phone, text, or email only about your request or your service.
