No. Our quarterly protection program continues service-by-service with no long-term contract required. You can cancel at any time. We earn your continued business by doing good work, not by locking you in.
We typically have same-week availability for most service types throughout our service area. For urgent situations — like an active roach or rodent infestation — we prioritize getting to you as quickly as possible. Call or text us at (757) 369-0966 or (757) 231-9176.
Yes. We use EPA-registered, family-friendly products on every residential job. After interior treatments, we recommend keeping children and pets out of treated areas for 30 to 60 minutes — until surfaces dry. We'll explain the specific re-entry time for whatever we apply on your visit.
If pests return between your scheduled service visits, we come back at no charge. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through. This applies to all of our ongoing service programs.
Yes. Termite inspections are one of our most requested services in Hampton Roads. We recommend annual inspections for all homeowners in the area — the combination of clay soil, humidity, and warm temperatures makes this region particularly active for Eastern Subterranean termites. We provide written reports and, if needed, treatment options including liquid barrier application and monitoring systems.
Both can cause wood damage, but they look and behave very differently. Termites are soft-bodied, light-colored insects that you rarely see in the open — you're more likely to find mud tubes, damaged wood, or discarded wings from swarmers. Carpenter ants are larger, dark, and visible — they excavate wood but don't eat it. If you're not sure what you have, call or text us a photo and we'll help you identify it before scheduling a visit.
For interior treatments, clear countertops in kitchens and bathrooms, remove pet food and water bowls, and have pets confined or removed from treatment areas. For exterior treatments, no preparation is typically needed. We'll give you specific prep instructions when we schedule your appointment.
Yes. We provide commercial pest control for restaurants, retail, office buildings, property managers, multi-family housing, and other businesses throughout Hampton Roads. Commercial service includes the documentation needed for health inspections.

Yes, you can be home. For interior treatments, we just ask that you and your pets stay out of areas being directly treated until surfaces dry — typically 30 to 60 minutes. Many customers prefer to be present, and we're happy to walk you through what we're doing and why.
